Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has spoken about her failed marriage to MC Fish.
In an online video, the movie star was seen among colleagues, like Sarah Martins and Eriata Ese, where she spoke about her married life with MC Fish.
Anita said that if anyone sees her post a new man online, they should take her to church.
She made it clear that she isn’t against marriage, noting how many say she stresses them with her marriage. Anita noted that that’s what marriage and love are all about, because when you love somebody, you go all out for them.
“If you see me posting, man, come and take my phone. Carry me come church. I didn’t say don’t get married, o; some people say, Anita, you stress us with that your marriage. That’s what marriage and love are all about. When you love somebody, you want to go all out for them. But now, if you see me post a man.
Anita Joseph was previously married to actress, MC Fish.
In December of last year, Joseph had finally confirmed that her marriage had ended, noting how life has a way of testing our strength in ways we never expect, especially in marriage.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Fish said he doesn’t regret getting married at 27 because he felt happy and respected. The hype man said he saw everything he wanted in a marriage, hence why he married the actress. He said he learnt from his failed marriage that honesty is vital in any relationship from both parties.
Following their breakup , Fish moved on with Gbemi, who he has been flaunting online.
Addressing backlash for moving on quickly, MC Fish said life has always been unfair to men, and he stands by it. He noted that if a woman leaves a relationship and finds another man, people will say she found happiness, but it is different for a man, as he would be accused of cheating on his wife with his new partner.
