You got the invite — now the interview decides. Nigerian employers, from banks to startups to government agencies, ask many of the same questions. Prepare for them, and you walk in calm instead of hoping for the best.

📅 Before the day
- Read the job advert again and list the 4–5 things they want. Prepare one example from your life for each.
- Research the company: what they sell, recent news, their branches. Check the company on askJBoss and their official website.
- Plan your route and leave early — Lagos traffic is not an excuse they want to hear. For online interviews, test your data, camera and a quiet spot.
- Print two copies of your CV and bring your certificates (originals and photocopies) if asked.
- Prepare your clothes the night before: clean, ironed and suitable for the industry.
